image Scheduled a 1 pm service appointment to have 2 recalls repaired. Was told on the phone it would take about two hours, which is also what the letter I received from Jeep said. Left the car and walked down the street to have lunch. Came back at 2:30 not only to find out it wasn't done, it had not even moved. Then I find out that they don't even have the parts for one of the recalls, and am told the other (emissions recall) would take 4 hours to complete. I drove 20 miles from Sibley to Worthington to have this done' so its not like I could just walk home and leave it sit. Very disappointed in Billion Auto!

image I was also charged a shop supply fee. We I had a trailer brake control and module installed. I was told they charge EVERYONE this fee!! I wanted to give only 2 stars but the technician that did the work did a great job. My wife also told me to give them 3 stars

image If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. First, good luck getting ahold of them on the phone unless you're willing to call multiple 800 numbers, be on hold forever, and get hung up on. When you finally get the opportunity to speak to someone, they can't even tell you where the dealership is.
My intention was to either buy out my leased truck, or turn it in and get a new one. After 5 "Let me go talk to the manager" trips, I was told I had to deal with the lease company directly. Also the salesman wasnt even willing to show any other trucks.
Plus, my wife is in the market for a new car and wanted to look. No help there, either.
All this would have been nice to know when I called to make an appointment prior to a long drive that just wasted my time.
Never again will I do business with this company. I feel as if we were judged.

image I already posted on the Sioux Falls website, but wanted to make sure Adir Morales got his credit at his own dealership. We were on a cross country road trip with our 2500 Ram towing a 5th wheel trailer. It was Friday evening and we pulled into the dealer just before closing. Adir came out to see if he could help us. We explained that we had the dreaded def system fault. He called around to their local mechanics, but they were already closed for the day. Then he called his work colleagues at home to see if they could help. They recommended we go to Sioux Falls as they were more likely to have the parts in stock. Adir must have spent 30-45 min trying to find someone to help us which is way above and beyond what you would expect when he knew we were passing through. He even gave us his cell phone number to call in case we had any further issues. We made it to Sioux Falls where they helped us out. If I lived on the area, I would absolutely go to Adir for my next vehicle purchase. He is a fantastic person!
