Had a great experience with Ron at Taplin Soft Water. He was able to come out and look at my water softener the next day. When he did he was able to diagnose the problem instantly showing, and explaining to me along the way. Unfortunately I needed to replace my water softener and he had one with him and was able to install everything immediately. This was by far the best and easiest home repair I have had to deal with.
