After speaking to the appraiser on the phone for the first time I called my mortgage broker right after I hung up the phone with him and told him I had a bad feeling about the appraiser. The guy was rude and was acting like he was doing me a favor even though I'm paying him $400 to a job. Big surprise when he came to my house he was rude to my wife; he asked her question but didn't care to hear the answers to them. When my appraisal came back he used comps of house nothing like my mine. Houses with one less garage considerably less sqft. I would never use or recommend this place.
