Corner Home Medical

Hollie at Corner Home Medical in Woodbury, Minn. is a wonderful employee! My wife Jill and I have been there three times to ask questions, make purchases, have equipment adjusted, etc. Hollie was there each time and proved that she is very knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. It has been a real pleasure dealing with her and we will definitely use Corner Home Medical for our future needs.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Their customer service is horrible! It takes me DAYS of calling to reach a person, multiple different voicemails left and never get a call back. They say they send my sons supplies and they never do. So I spend days calling AGAIN to get it sent. They send the wrong supplies even after I verify with them the ones I need. I am constantly paying out of pocket for things I should be receiving covered for my son because of their mistakes. Its frustrating to have to fight this place EVERY SINGLE MONTH AND IM LOSING MY PATIENTS!

Not a good experience at all. I went in on a Monday and was told I would get a call the next day telling me if insurance approved my claim. I did not get a call. Customer service sent a message to the lady who helped me telling her to call me. I did not get a call still. Waiting until Wednesday evening to go back in to give her time to call. Another woman helped me telling me my prescription was approved but with the current wording, insurance for sure wouldnt pay for it. Why wouldnt the first rep tell me that? So finally by Friday, I got the correct prescription wording and went in for a third time. I was told my device was ordered and I would be called by Monday morning to pick it up. I did not get a call. Left a voicemail and still have yet to get a call back. Its almost end of day Monday. Was also told they could not ship to my house by someone after the other person told me I could. Julie Naylor was not nice to deal with. The first time I went, she helped someone who came in 15 minutes after me before I was helped. Then told me someone else would help me soon. When she helped me the Wednesday I came in, she was kind of rude and matter of fact like. Would not go here if you have the option to go somewhere else. The service is not good, they do not follow up as they say they would, and at the end of this all, I will have to go to this store four or five times total to get what I need because they can. Not. Communicate. Very disappointed.
