I feel very similar in regards to the review below. Eric is poor at responding and being on top of the ball. My last straw is when I had questions over my policy and instead of helping his exact words were I dont know, call progressive hahah whats the point of having an insurance agent to help you when they dont help? I would suggest going with another company/agent that respects your money and time.

We ended up at Red Rock because we tried to buy insurance through progressive's web site and we got sent there. We should not have stayed with them as long as we did. They were frequently unresponsive, made sloppy mistakes. When we finally tried to cancel our auto insurance they ignored the cancelation requests. Our auto insurance still hasn't been canceled after months. Find someone who cares and will pay attention.
