        I had a couple weeks of leave during Army BCT and desperately needed to keep up my fitness. That’s where CrossFit Woodbury and their dedicated coaches and members came in! These people care on a first name basis. I was only in Woodbury to drop in for a handful of workouts, but they wrapped their sweaty arms around me and made me their family; the workouts were awesome, and the coaches were gracious enough to take the time and help me improve my form. There is no doubt that I have a place to get my sweat on in Woodbury, MN with the best of the best. I will miss those strong people. 1000% would recommend. Until next time!!
