Flowers On the Park

I cannot thank Flowers on the park enough for what they did to help me make sure a timely delivery got to where it needed to go with short notice. Not only did they fit it in their delivery route last minute, they even sent me a few examples of arrangements they could create last minute. I couldn't believe how refreshing these arrangements were for a funeral. The arrangement received many compliments at the service. Thank you Flowers on the Park for helping provide a beautiful arrangement on time at the last minute. I still can not believe the quality in that short amount of time. Your forever loyal customer.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER! I ordered my flowers from 1800Flowers. Flowers on the Park picked up my order and made it for me. Why do you have to make a first-time customer so unsatisfied? I am NOT giving this to my mother! These looks like flowers that you can buy at Walmart. The flowers are suppose to be beautiful and take my breath away but it didn't. One of the lilies were missing petals. Oh, and guess what? They also gave me the wrong vase! I saw that vase online, and I specifically didn't want that vase. They didn't even notify me that they didn't have the vase that I want. I tried to upload the pictures, but for some reason it won't upload. I am going to try to get a refund/exchange today and will let everyone know how it goes. ****UPDATE**** So I went and told them that I didn’t like the flowers that I’ve received. They apologized and told me that I received the wrong flowers. I got the vase that I wanted and the flowers look so beautiful now. I added a few more flowers to make it look fuller ($12 extra). I’m very happy with the outcome. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Now these flowers took my breath away. I gave it four stars because I received the wrong flowers. Would I come back? Yes.

They always do an amazing job. Every time I get a floral arrangement from my husband it is always beautiful!
