Green Mill Restaurant & Bar

We have gone to the Green Mill for two years straight while in town for a hockey tournament and both times been turned away due to lack of staff to help serve customers. The manager stated they had 1 reservation for a hockey team and our group of 15 could not sit down to order food as they did have the staff to help us. We moved to the bar area and was approached again stating we couldnt sit there either and order drinks or food for our kids. What kind of business attached to a hotel, on a hockey tournament weekend, at 2pm in the afternoon on a Saturday turns away hungry kids cause they cant serve them. At best there where 15 people in the bar along with dining area. WOW!

By far thee most awful service i have ever had in my life. Over an hour just to be served and we had to take cutlery from another unused table so we could eat. Never ever again. Terrible. I literally cant explain how horrible it was. After waiting that long and to have the waitress finally come to only blame it on others,as she didn't know she had our table!! Ugh. TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

Its no secret, as boasted about, the Deep dish pizza is worth the hype. Enjoy your pizza with the confidence in knowing there won't be any buyers remorse.
