        I have had very resilient squirrels who have damaged multiple bird feeders. They are one of the most gracious companies with which I have had the pleasure to deal. They are friendly, helpful & have no problem replacing damaged bird feeders even though it is the squirrel not defects that have caused the issues. They also replaced a double suet feeder which didn't last as long as it should.

        The sticker on the feeder funnel will NOT come off! It is now a black sticky mess! It was starting to flake into the food so i tried to remove it, GOOD LUCK!
