        The customer care team, if you can even call them that, is a complete and utter joke. From ridiculous attitude, to not providing the most basic of care, they have struck out in all regards for me. I am continually disgusted by how little they care about anything customer related. Maybe find a new day job if you hate this one as much as your attitude reflects.

        I was disappointed to learn when I ordered Internet service that I was required to rent equipment that I did not need to get the promotion price. In essence the promotion was a non-promotion in my mind. I ended up cancelling my order.
