I went to Dan to find more affordable insurance for my home and auto in April. Although he was nice, friendly and easy to talk to, I was given a monthly quote only to find out that the actual monthly price was 3 times the amount i was quoted. When signing up I advised Dan that I wanted automatic withdraw, that did not happen as he dropped the ball somewhere along the way. When I started having issues with the billing he said that he would clear it up, though it was never, ever cleared up. When I spoke to him about the difference in the price of the policies and what he quoted me, he emailed back to say , "he figured out what the issue was". When I checked online, all balances were removed, when I emailed him again to find out what the issue was and what my monthly payment would be going forward, he never got back to me. I called and texted 3 times, never a response back. Then when I went online to check my balance again, my homeowners policy had been canceled. This has been the worst 9 months of service I have ever gotten!
