I wish I could leave zero stars for the experience I just had here. Ive dropped things off before and have always received nothing but kind service but the lady working today was so rude I left in tears. Looking at other reviews on here, it seems Im not the only one she has treated poorly. After being short about mailing out the package she asked if I have a cold as I sound stuffed up... Fair enough. I showed her the address I was shipping to on my phone and she told me to take it back as she didnt want to touch it then continued to OBVIOUSLY act like she didnt want to touch my package - handling it with her wrists instead. At that point I felt the need to inform her that I was not contagious and am on the tail end of an ear infection that I have been treated for just so she would take my card to pay. Not that it was her business but I understand how any symptoms these days could scare someone. However, It is February in MN - maybe consider a different position for this employee if she is going to treat someone as if they are an alien for having a muffled voice. I have never felt so unwelcome and ostracized by someone in my life. :(
