Came to clean out my clogged sewer drain, and decided it was a good idea to dump all the waste in my front yard along side the driveway. I'm lucky I saw this before my dog got outside. Also left a huge mess of "waste" splattered in the basement. Do not recommend, this was very unprofessional. Service: Drain cleaning

Please think twice about using this service he wasted a lot of time bring in way to much hose he told me what the problem was the he came back upstairs and told me again then he went over the hour it was 10 minutes and tried to charge me $200.00 more but he wasted 15 minutes bringing in all the hose I have a ring doorbell so you can see how much time he wasted to go over the the hour. Please beware. Then he broke the drain cover and never said a word. Really nasty mess Service: Drain cleaning

He showed up on time. He doesnt talk much but maybe he was having a bad day, I get that way too when I'm crabby. The floor drain was clogged and he did unclog it when some sort of air hose. Im glad the drain is unclogged but from past experience in a previous home I expected the drain to be inspected with what's called a snake to see what caused the clog and see if it can be prevented in the future. So 20 minutes after showing up he came upstairs and handed us a bill for 300 dollars. I expected the job to be expensive but as I stated early I had the same problem before when I lived in the twin cities and that bill was 230 dollars for an hour of snaking my drain with a bladed hose preventing future clogs. So in conclusion the drain was unclogged but I was left feeling disappointed with the experience. I will most likely give someone else a shot when this drain eventually clogs again. In this companies defense they did exactly what I asked of them. I need to ask more questions next time before hiring to ensure both myself and who I hire are on the same page as too what needs to be accomplished. Service: Drain cleaning
