Visited urgent care today. They were super busy and I appreciated how compassionate and professional the receptionist, nurses, and Dr. were. The urgent care line was backed up near the entrance when I arrived just after opening hour and multiple staff started checking people in at other desks to get everyone in quickly. While in the waiting room, a few patients that checked in after me were called before me and to my surprise a nurse noticed this amidst the busyness and quickly figured out what happened. I’m just grateful to have access to care, and for the kind and competent staff that serve our community.

Visited the Urgent Care today.
Positive: I was the only one at urgent care that day and was seen very promptly and the nurse was very kind.
Negative: “Dr. J” (Javaherian) was a jerk to both me and the nurse. He belittled the nurse’s opinion right in front of me and had poor bedside manners. I have heard many negative things about this doctor from others. Ask for Dr. Abrams instead, as I have heard great things about him.

Nurses and staff didn’t introduce themselves. They didn’t listen to reason for visit and never came back to exam room to check on the patient. It took walking out of UC and vomiting to get staff to give some treatment but in that event they didn’t come back after giving a medicine. Left an hour later. It feels like negligence of all persons involved. Good thing an anaphylactic reaction didn’t occur because I am sure no one would have noticed for several hours. I spent 5 hours in UC, offered no water. Overall just terrible care and a letter will be sent to the complaint office.

My husband was gone 2+ hours for urgent care. He said he waited over an hour and only ever seen a nurse. Doctor never even looked at him. He's been sick weeks and got cough medication prescribed without even looking at him or talking to him about his symptoms. He hates going to the doctor it took convincing to get him to go. And now we will get billed for him not even being seen by a doctor. Ridiculous.
