        They’ve had my engagement ring to be resized for a whole month. I was told April 15th and then it was the Monday after then the Friday after and then they told me they sent it to 3 different locations and was told it would be there no later than May 1st and yet it’ll be another day. I won’t be buying anything else from riddles if they can’t get a simple resizing done by the date they say it’ll be done!! 😡

        The people that work there know absolutely nothing about their products. The customer service was repulsive and unhelpful, and one of their employees cursed at me when I questioned the warranty. I bought a ring there less than 6 months ago and half my stones have fallen out. Please take your business elsewhere, you will be so much happier in the long run.
