        My appointment yesterday took 2 hours for a cleaning and exam. My 2 daughters appointments were scheduled and 1 and 2pm. When they took my daughter for her 2pm appointment they student said "oh, if I would have known they were siblings I would have taken them both back at the same time." The receptionist chose not to say anything to me or the other staff about this. Very unprofessional and rude.

        I'm sorry, but if it takes you an hour to get a person into their appointment, you really suck at your job! My sister's appointment was at 9:30 am and she wasn't seen until 10:30 am. Now, CentraCare Dental has a strict policy that if you don't show up, you can't get another appointment for 6 months! You have the audacity to have strict guidelines but won't adhere even closely to your own schedule?!?!? Seriously, you all have gone downhill fast hiring incompetent POC and DEI individuals. Why do bright women go to college and get good grades when you're going to just hire people who can barely tie their own shoes? What is wrong with you people? Seriously? No one wants to even step foot in the hospital, let alone the dental clinic! Rice Hospital/CentraCare is the worst care ever!

        Carris dental clinic is a great place to go. They are professional and knowledgeable. I have been going there for 4+ years and never had a problem.

        Rice dental clinic is the only clinic that kept telling you we are not accepting new patients. We are resident here but we are forced to drive to other cities to meet our dental care needs. I wonder when will they ever say new patients are now accepted. Call rice dental clinic number and hear yourself what they recorded on their voicemail machine. So an professional

The clinic is located on the 3rd floor of CentraCare - Rice Memorial Hospital. Patients should use the hospital’s West Entrance, located on 4th Street SW and Trott Avenue SW. Designated parking spaces for patients of CentraCare - Dental Clinic are available in the public parking lot across from the hospital’s West Entrance.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize that you haven't been able to get through to reception at our Dental Clinic and understand how frustrating this must be for you. Our clinic receives hundreds of phone messages each week. Our goal is to respond to these messages within 24 hours during regular clinic business hours.

      We understand how frustrating it must be when you're unable to get into the Dental Clinic for an appointment. At this time our patient volumes exceed what our staffing levels can support, so we are unable to accept new patients. We encourage you to contact your insurance company, and they may be able to assist you in finding a dental clinic that accepts new patients and accepts your insurance. Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that access to dental care in rural Minnesota is an ongoing challenge, and we continue to do our best to care for as many patients as we're able to. If a patient is in pain and is considered a new patient, we will do our best to see them and assist in getting them out of pain.
