I would say the care from the ACTUAL care teams are AMAZING. I find it frustrating that I literally cannot call and speak to someone at this place. You call the number and it just gives you some info. I understand I can just walk in, I would walk in. I can't get a hold of my PCP at all. Andrea Walsh, CEO of this organization, made 2.4 million in 2022, and 3.1 Million in 2023. Average nurse? 80 thousand. It's absurd...I get it though! You're "cutting costs" for us. You're making things affordable. Thanks for the reminder that hospitals are private business with CEOs and board members. Argh!

Saved my spot in the Urgent Care queue ahead of time and got to chill at home til it was closer to my turn, loved the short waiting period when I got there! Intake nurse was quick, and Dr. Jones was kind and thorough, with a lovely bedside (chairside?) manner that put me at ease. Thank you all for making an unpleasant errand smooth, fast, and comfortable.

Apparently the question "Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?" costs $127 after insurance. That's not even an exaggeration like some people would say, that was all I asked. They will use every loophole in the system to milk you dry, and practices like this keep people away from going to the Dr when they need it.

I did the save my spot in line. Shay is an absolutely amazing nurse. I checked in and the blonde curly haired receptionist at the front was very sweet and complimented my hair. Then i get called back in to the room and Shay(shes a gemini) just blew me out of the water with how friendly and kind and understanding she was. The doctor was prompt and checked out a few other things i mentioned outside of my initial reason i was there. Def will be back to this clinic again. Stellar experience. Had me hop skipping back to work after i left.
