I had a great experience at OSI in West St. Paul working with Noah Bularz. He played a vital role in my recovery from a tear in my left gluteus tendon and hip/lower back bursitis.
Along with PT exercises to build strength and flexibility, he applied deep tissue massage to increase blood flow to the injured tendon and worked on trigger points to release compensating muscles.
Noah is delightful to work with and was a pleasure to get to know during our sessions. He answered all my questions in ways I could easily understand and was patient and sensitive to my needs. He encouraged me without pushing, and is encyclopedic in his knowledge of pain management.
In four months, I not only healed, but Im stronger than before the injury and back to my aerobic dance classes with friends. The entire is staff at OSI is wonderful. I highly recommend OSI and Noah Bularz!

This is the second time that I have relied on Steve Peterson and OSI Physical Therapy to solve some chronic pain issues in my back and now shoulder. He is the best at figuring out the problem and putting you on a path to recovery! I highly recommend OSI, in general, and especially Steve Peterson.

Ive had a great experience with OSI. Theyve help me with my shoulder and Ive been there for my back and neck. Theyve been great I would recommend them to everybody .

Noah is not just a knowledgeable therapist, he's caring, patient and encouraging! He can make you smile when you want to cry. He's helped me thru two knee surgeries, and ongoing spine issues. The office staff are wonderful too. They keep the schedule running smoothly!

Lori and Trish are the best! Very caring,understanding and professional. They have helped me so much with my chronic pain. In my personal experience, they are way better than Tria when it comes to care .
