Grumpy old man. He charged us $95 for a 20 minute visit in which he was very condescending. All he did was clean a part. When I asked him simple questions, he would respond in a VERY rude way. He seemed knowledgeable, but not worth the $$.

If you don't call Dave at APEX, you're going to pay way too much. Fast, honest, knowledgeable and always professional.

This man was terribly rude over the phone, wouldn't come to a neighboring town, stated "big jobs" in other town. DON'T BOTHER EVEN CALLING he doesn't have time for anyone.

Apex did a fantastic job for us! We recently moved into an old home and the heating throughout was not working well. I randomly picked APEX Heating and Cooling because they were in the area of our new home and within two hours there was someone there to look at our furnace. Thirty minutes after the gentleman arrived he had our furnace all cleaned out and running better than we ever thought it could! Apex was professional and pleasant to work with over the phone and in person. I would highly recommend their services.
