I've gone to Jennifer twice for my kids cake smash/one year photos. She does an AMAZING job. She has tons of props and outfits to choose from. Her backgrounds for the cake smash are to die for. She is very friendly and takes her time to make the children feel comfortable. I just had my third baby and plan to go back to her next year once my daughter turns ONE :)

I have contacted and sent multiple emails to Jennifer Nace trying to book a newborn/family session. She stated on her automatic response email that she will reply within 24 hours. I patiently waited and trying to understand her busy schedule but still, there's no response after weeks! I love her work but being unable to reach her or not hearing anything back just frustrating. It also concluded that she doesn't value my business with her. It's unprofessional of her not staying true to her word or not responding within the promise time frame! I just hope that moving forward, she will make time to response regardless of how busy she is or even if she can't take on the session!
