I went to great lengths to get my Granddaughters cake ordered right. After 4 phone calls i was not able to talk to a person that knew anything about their business, they didn't have photos to look at, never relayed my messages to talk to a manager etc. So i drove 200 miles and met with my Granddaughter and the cake designer, gave her the inspiration photo on the right, colors we wanted, ordered cupcakes, paid for delivery. The day of, they were short handed and not able to deliver. Another family member went and picked up the order, she did not realize that there were cupcakes nor did she look at the cake. when i showed up at the party this is what i saw. misspelled, undecorated mess and no cupcakes. it looks like a 10 year old did this! of course they were closed. Someone at the party knew the owner and was able to run back up there and get the cupcakes. the customer service has been the worst i have ever experienced ! i could go on but i will stop.

The doughnuts and caramel rolls here are amazing! Always fresh and wildly delicious. The aroma that hits with you walk in is also wonderful - and calorie free! 😍
