        I ordered flowers to be delivered. I gave the phone number of the recipient but unknown to me, that number changed. Rather than call me for a new number they just didn't deliver the flowers. I had to do the follow up. The florist did send the flowers but this completely ruined the surprise. A good company would have followed up with me if the phone number of the recipient didn't work.

        I receive flowers from this shop every Valentines Day. Last year they lasted 3 weeks. This year 1 day short of a month. Excellent service and delivery and obviously very very fresh flowers. 👍👍
