APEX Design Build

JB and the team at APEX were absolutely wonderful to work with. We partnered with them to finish our basement. Their consultation process was really impressive. They worked with us to understand how we wanted to use the space and provided valuable input on the final design. They were great in listening to our feedback and incorporating it into the final design. Once the plan was finalized, the actual construction process was so smooth. They took great care to minimize the overall impact to the rest of the home. Their crews were always very professional, friendly, and willing to talk through any questions we had. It was a really great experience. The final quality of work was also way above our exceptions. We absolutely love the space.

Apex Design Build completed my condo full bathroom renovation in little more than 2 weeks (yes, 2 weeks :-)). Working with their design team to transfer my ideas into a workable design was straightforward. Then, Matt planned out everything and kept the project on track. Great quality work across all the teams, and they were very responsive to any follow-ups needed. The project came in under budget and on time. I got no surprises and a final product I'm happy with. Enlisted Apex to help renovate a small bathroom. JB and his team guided us through the whole process. Their team was professional and helped work through some changes in the design. It was easy to communicate during construction, the builders and tile folks did great work and they even made sure to double-check that no pets got loose during construction. During the punch list process, the team took the time to address all of the outstanding items and even helped out with some smaller issues around the house. Overall, we probably paid more for the bathroom remodel than we initially planned, but the care and quality that Apex put into the project was well worth it in our opinion.
