Awful! A group of 10 of us went there for supper. Our service was good, the food was not. Four of us ordered "HOT" Roast beef/ Roast Pork Sandwiches. They came out all 4 were sent back because the gravy was cold. Two got sent back twice and two got sent back 3 times if not four. When mine came back the last time it still wasn't "Hot" it was Luke warm at best. I just gave up and was going to eat it. 4-5 bites in I see something in my bite I just cut. Take it out and it was a curly coarse hair about a inch long. When our waiter came to the table I showed him and he apologised and, I am so sorry I will do something. We saw him talk to another waitress and to the male owner. He started back to our table a couple different times and turned around each time. When he finally did come he handed me back my same plate with the hair and said apologetically, " I talked to my manager and they said we could take $3.00 off. I handed him my plate and said, sorry but you can have it i dont care to eat that. He again said Sorry. It's not his fault, but really what restaraunt would bring back a plate with hair on it and offer 3.00 off. We bring big groups in there several times a month. We always get a cold hit pork or beef. Never comes out hot. But I can guarantee if I have a choice we will not be going back. If this is what they think is acceptable I won't patronize it. Even if they would of made a new sandwich. I didn't expect anything for free. I would of liked to have supper and not eat around a hair. I don't think that is to much to ask for. I tipped our waiter more than normal for all his running, paid our bills and left. Hopefully it's a long time before I walk through those doors again if I have any say over it!!

Nice sit down restaurant on the south end of Thief River. A good variety of menu items and nice staff.
