        Got a mysterious letter in the mail from this company claiming my family owes almost $800... for magazines. This company has never made contact before via letter or phone call. Ariel Jones, pardon the possible incorrect spelling was the one who answered the phone. Refused to let me speak to anyone else when I asked due to her rude behavior. I was polite in the beginning trying to figure out what's going on to no avail. Absolutely disgusted at the customer service. Would give negative stars is possible.
