        We stayed in the suite, which is below the owner's residence. The suite was roomy and felt like a cabin. The view was awesome and our front door opened right out to the lake. Plenty of options for a full breakfast, they even cooked pancakes and sausage one morning. We enjoyed a bon fire down by the lake one evening. The location was perfect, situated between Palisade Head and Shovel Point. We walked to the Tettegouche state park trails from our room and spent the day hiking. It is well worth the few miles of hiking to view the Baptism River high falls.
