I went here in 06 and 07, this place messed me up. The state forced my parents to send me here because I was depressed and I was taken away from my friends in mainstream school. I fell so far behind in education and social skills it was hard to catch up. The other kids I went to school with at NETS were way more messed up than me and I feel like that had a negative impact on my self esteem, because I felt like I belonged with outcasts. I never reconnected with my peers after returning to normal school. dont know if their standards have changed, but I would suggest looking at other options if your kid really needs help.

My son was in day treatment, he says it has been the best so far. Even better than Praire care. Highly recommend NYFS for day treatment or plain therapy.

this place is honestly beyond horrible, never will i ever come back here again, their transportation never comes at all, ive missed a week of school because the transportation doesnt arrive, its such a poor and low quality place please dont consider coming here for your good.
