        Unbelievable. All I wanted to do was speak to a human about dropping off a package. No matter what you do, the automated phone service will not allow this and eventually hangs up on you. NOT HELPFUL!

        My package was supposed to be delivered today. The tracking number showed that it was on the truck and out for delivery. At 3:28 the tracking changed to state that delivery was attempted but unable to deliver because no one was available to receive. That is an outright lie because not only were we home all day but we were working outside in the front yard near the driveway from about 1:00 - 4:00 and at no time did a fedex truck drive in the driveway or even down our road. Besides that, no signature was required so even if we werent home, it could have been left on the porch.
