AT&T Store

Upgraded my phone with Tristan and Ryder! They were amazing! Great help and it was a great experience! I will definitely be back, and tell everyone about this place! Thank you guys for my new phone!

The guys that work here are fast talkers and lie about the costs and credits you will receive.  They will say anything to get you to buy and/or upgrade but when you get the bill its not at all what they promised.  They "threw in" a set of airpod pros "at no cost, but the tax" but guess what, we have a new 20+ $ per month charge on our statement that goes on for 12 months!  Said i would get an 800$ credit for my phone, but only got 350$. "It was entered wrong". I am still working to get that corrected. They can not fix, i have to call customer service.  They say give it a few months, i think they hope you will forget or they will relocate to a new store. Always go to an official store NOT an authorized dealer. An official store has trained and reliable and honest employees. I have lost hours of my life trying to straighten out the errors and mess these guys created. Shane and Ryder are the ones I dealt with.  Oh what a web of deceit.  Ryder is now manager at this store and Shane has moved on to the Rochester store. Beware!!! Like another reviewer, I will be reporting them to the AG and BBB.

Let me start by saying I have filed a compliant with the MN AG as well as the Consumer Protection Agency.  In 2 separate occasions I went into this store to simply upgrade my I-Phone.  On both occasions, a store employee fraudulently added additional services to our account without our knowledge or consent.  I spent weeks trying to get my account cleaned up and these bad employees reported, only to find out one is now the store manager at this location, Ryder Anderson.  ATT is the Wells Fargo of the wireless world, their employees are being incentivized to add services and features to client accounts without their consent.  If you have had this happen to you as well, please file complaints with the MN AG and the Consumer Protection Agency.

My wife and I went into the store to upgrade our phones. We were met by two very friendly employees, Ryder and Nate. Ryder was the one who helped us. His knowledge, kindness, and excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. He was more than happy to help and answer all our questions. If I need support again Id rather go into the store and have Ryder help me than call.

Ryder came through with a last minute Christmas gift. He got a new phone set up & transferred service to another. He made the process very easy.
