Terrible customer service went at 6:30pm when the salon is posted open and they claimed that they couldnt cut my hair due to everyone who checked in online. We all know almost all those people on the list werent going to show up. Will take my business elsewhere pretty sad after using them the past 5 years!

Son got his hair cut here today. It will be the last time we step foot in any Great Clips. Brought in a picture, she only glanced at it, told her to take 1/2 inch off top and texturize it, she took more than that and never texturized, not sure she knows how. She ended up blaming me. Okay, maybe 1/2 inch to me is 1 + to her. It is what it is. BUT I never told her to cut his hair so noticeably uneven. Please don't blame your clients for your incompetence. Ended up having to take him to my $65+ for a cut salon to fix it. Unfortunately, because she took so much off there was nothing we could do but to give him a crew cut to make his hair even again. UPDATE: After speaking to who might have been the owner. She offered a free cut at another location just across the street to give them another chance. This place was no better than the first one. The "stylist" was very nice but I don't appreciate my son's medical condition being talked about on the floor with other stylists and right in front of customers. Our son has special needs and a medical condition making him exempt from wearing a mask. I called ahead of time to make sure it was okay that he not wear a mask before we came in. It would not have been a big issue to us if it were, we respect businesses policies and would have gone else where that could be more accommodating to our sons needs. I was assured him not wearing a mask was fine and was told they would make a "note" in the computer regarding this. She never looked, instead she decided to act all frantic, running around the salon asking other employees if it was okay in front of customers. We were there for 5 min before she even noticed he wasn't wearing one. So, again, professionalism is not a strong one here. I tried to explain what he wanted done, all she would go by is that stupid card. I had to keep explaining to her not to go by the card, it didn't apply to the hair cut he wanted. That card your "stylists " depend on just makes them lazy and complacent. These "stylist" don't seem to have any training in anything other than a buzz cut and a trim. He basically got a bowl cut. Not only did I have to take him to my stylist again to fix her mistake, she said she had no idea this cut was free. I ended up paying for another lousy hair cut. NEVER again. UPDATE: I received an email from Great Clips, not the owner of these two locations, who never responded after she told me she would give a complimentary cut to give them another chance, she must have never put that in the system as the stylist said there was nothing indicating this cut would be complimentary. So we still had to pay. Obviously the owner didn't follow through with her promise. Anyway, Great Clips pretty much blamed it on the individual owner, taking no responsibility.

I didnt like how the children were cut. Perhaps adults get their hair cut well. I asked about basic short haircut. One child had a very crooked bangs cut. And I asked the other child to be completely re-cut, since they left too much on the top of the head and, moreover, with steps, without soft transitions. And then at home the child said that they scratched his ear. Sorry guys, but this is not how they should work with children. I understand that you have a large flow of people and everything is done quickly. But next time I will take the kids to the children's hairdresser. Service: Haircut
