Second time I've had dinner at Pho Pasteur and I absolutely love it. Hands down the best pho, thr broth is great flavor, the meat was nice and tenderness, the serving size is awesome. I shared the XL beef pho tonight with my husband and we've shared the regular size here before. Tonight we had thr xl beef pho #44 and the #A12 that is the Vietnamese roll roll is was heavenly with the hot eggroll in the center for a spring roll and they were giant! We left full and content. Staff is aways super friendly. There is parking outside the building for customers and seems to be the happening spot, lots of pickup orders and people dining in. There are restrooms within as well.
We look forward to many more dinning experiences here.

Had the grilled chicken banh mi. Sorry for the terrible photo, but wanted to show that there was a decent amount of pat and butter in there. The grilled chicken was nice and smokey. I haven't been to Saint Paul for some time but had to travel here for work. Phon Pasteur is open later than other locations near where I was staying so I thought I'd give it a taste, which turned out to be the right choice.
I was greeted by friendly staff and I took a seat. Menu has a good selection of Vietnamese food with reasonable prices.
Ordered beef pho and some pork egg rolls to only wait about five minutes for the bowl of soup to come out. Egg rolls were a few minutes after.
The broth was a fragrant smooth experience. Low oil and not very salty, which was wonderful. It invites you to drink as much of it as you can without worry.
Egg roll stayed alarmingly hot for how long I let it sit there before eating. It was crunchy, with hints of fish sauce and other flavors I couldn't place. It was rather on point and work the try.
The other guests were mostly ordering pho, which all looked amazing. Wish I could eat two bowls cause the meatball pho looked amazing!
I'll be going back here the next time I'm back in town to try other dishes.
