BBH: it was alright. Spices where good, broth was average, lots of thick beef pieces but the meat was a very lean cut and dry... 6/10 Pho: All I did was taste the broth a few times. I notice the broth wasn't as sweet as it was at the old location. Not sure if it had to do with me going late for dinner or was it an off day. Spices smelt good, balance was good. It was similar to Pho Cadao. 7.5/10 Eggrolls: 7/10 Springrolls: 6.5/10 Mango Bubba Tea: 7/10 The service was good. 7.5/10 Update This restaurant is acquired by new owners and it's called something like Karen and Thai... There is still the Saigon Express menu available but the new owners are not able to replicate the food. This might be the worst asain restaurant in Saint Paul. Boot Noodles: 4/10 Pho: 2/10. Worst bowl of Pho I've eaten in a long time. Worst than Hmong Pho. If you like Pho avoid this place. Beef Laab: 3/10. Dry. Seasoning and flavor was too light. Egg Rolls: 3/10. One of the worst egg rolls I've ever eaten... The filling was lose, full of noodles and barely any meat. Wontons: 5/10. I don't eat wontons but when it's the best thing I've ordered from here then there's a problem with quality of the food.

The best pho on the east side, hands down. The place is a little divey but it wouldn't be authentic good if it looked like Manny's steakhouse. The young hosts and waiters are lacking service skills but the owner is always good to us when we go.

Pretty decent food in a convenient location. I was visiting one of the shops on arcade and did not notice this restaurant was here. It was kind of hidden. I think they need a sign on the sidewalk or something like that. But they had great service and good pho. The atmosphere was a chill vibe and it was kind of quiet. In my opinion the egg rolls and the beef Pho is a good combination
