Medical Transportation Management

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. This whole system needs to be revamped. In the last 5 appts i only made it to one on time. These ride services are absolutely dismal. The companies thag mnet hires are atrocious. They lie, they put you on hold. They dont show up. They string you along saying they will be 5 monutes then 15 minutes then when the time is due they say theyll be another 20 minutes. You miss your appointment time and they think they are a legitimate business? Not only are their clients suffering so are the providers (doctors,clinics, therapists etc.) This whole system needs revamping!! I dont think i can have surgery now because i can not get to any of my medical appts!!!!!!!!

Business hardly ever gets your rides scheduled or confirmed correctly. Your always guessing if your ride is going to show up or not. Then they show up an hour before your appointment and make you wait at your appointment hour early. The drivers drive in a hurry and don't care about passenger safety. Especially helpful hands transport.

Nothing negative to say about this business. They've helped me TREMENDOUSLY. I just got done with 3 weeks of mayo clinic appointments and they were nothing but helpful when it came to hotel stays, meals, and extensions on my stays. I wouldn't have been able to get my medical questions answered if it wasn't for MTM's help since my budget wasn't enough to cover lodging and meals. I appreciate them HUGE and have already made recommendations to others.
