Don’t trust that the website says it’s in stock.
Weeks and weeks go by and nothing, and no response via email.

But they did charge the card the day the order was made.

I found a difficult to find item 'in stock' at a very good price on their web site. I didn't need the product immediately, so the numerous reports of their slow shipping times didn't scare me too terribly. I received an email after ordering saying that the item would ship in 24 hours. After reading reviews, I pretty much knew that this wasn't going to happen, so I didn't have high expectations. About 10 days later I received an email stating that the order would ship soon along with a USPS tracking number. Package arrived at my door two weeks after ordering.

Ordered from the. 6 weeks ago and still no product. Sent them an email and they do not respond.
