Don't order from these guys. They went out of business and are still accepting orders and processing payments with no intention of actually following through on shipping out your purchase. Stay away.

I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. I, too, had placed an order from Lanona's website for a pair of boots. After not hearing from them for a couple of weeks, I sent an email to inquire about my order. No response. Sent another email through the website's "contact us" page, but again, no response. Called the phone number (which is no longer shown on the website) which gave me the owner's voicemail, so I left a message. Again, no response. I thought this was strange since I had read the owner's own comments in an online newspaper article about how important customer service was to his new company. "Our focus is weighted heavily on customer service as we grow," he said in the article. LOL! And yes, my credit card was already charged. I confirmed with my credit card company that the charge did in fact go through on the same day the order was placed. Baffled and frustrated, I found the address of the Lanona warehouse online. I noticed that the warehouse (in St. Paul, MN) was home to other businesses as well as Lanona, so I actually called the number to one of those other businesses and a woman answered. I apologized for bothering her and asked about Lanona. She said that she thinks they went out of business because she hadn't seen them in months and they had cleared everything out. She said she hasn't seen the owner in a very long time. (This info seemed to be backed up by the fact that Lanona's Instagram page hadn't been posted to since April 26, 2017.) Given this information, I called my credit card company to file a dispute on the charge. Within days, I got a full refund. As of this review, the Lanona website is STILL up and running and accepting new orders. Shocking.

nice shoes but their communication leaves something to be desired.

I ordered shoes from them. Didn't hear anything for a month so I followed up and was told they would go out the following week. Didn't hear anything for 2 more months, followed up, and was told they didn't have them and they gave me a refund. Not sure if they were ever planning on sending me shoes.
