The food is decent and the prices aren't overwhelmingly bad. It's a nice place for lunch and sit down conversations away from the food court. I've been here twice only, but it'll be some time before I decide to come back, if I decide to come back. The first time I was here, our server was new, but she had no working knowledge of any item on the menu. I understand being a new server it takes time to know the menu, but when she has to read the menu with me to know what comes with my meal, there's an issue with proper training here. She failed to check back with us in a timely fashion, so I had to ask another server to top my water off and get more napkins. When our server came back with the bill, she decided to run my card at the register. On her way back, she decides to hand my card and the receipt to another customer to sign. I kept telling her it's my card, but she ignored me and instead insisted that the other guy sign the receipt before he could leave. He was Asian, as am I, but the fact of the matter is he wasn't her customer as he sat in a different area that she didn't serve. It took another server and myself to tell her that she had the wrong person. Today was my second time there and it wasn't any better. We were seated immediately, but at a table with no menus. Our server came up and just asks "So what're you having". My colleague responded that we had not been given any menus. The server says "Oh", walks away and disappears without coming back with any menus. Again, I had to flag down another server, so she could provide us with menus. After our meal, I went up to pay for the bill, and the server from my previous experience was ringing customers up at the register. This time she charges me $.02, then notices her error and of course, has to correct it by swiping my card a second time for the correct amount. I got charged twice, even though she claims that because she unplugged the terminal it didn't go through. Yes, I got charged $.02 and no, it's not a big issue. The bigger issue here is a lack of customer service that I've received in two different instances with two different servers. The food, no complaints, the service is what kills it for me. Other people may not have the same experiences that I did, but this is enough for me to take my money elsewhere.

Great lunch spot with very reasonable prices. The soups and sandwiches are great and taste home made. They have one of the best chicken salad sandwiches I have had in a long time. I usually eat here once a week.
