My uncle referred me here to have frames made for my degrees from my Bachelor and Master’s program. Wayne was patient in explaining his process of custom frames and informative of the different options he has to offer. He did beautiful work and I and extremely impressed. I will continue to utilize his services in the future.

Wayne is excellent craftsman with a good sense of art and design. I was an inexperienced shopper with a photo print to frame. Wayne gave patient easy to understand framing options. He completed the job a week ahead of his estimate. We are very pleased with our newly framed picture.

Having already had two good experiences with work that Ideal Picture Frame had done in the past, I called this afternoon with a question about what kind of glass to use for a project. It was an unusual project for which both aesthetics and practicality were necessary. I was immediately offered a helpful, informative and unhurried problem-solving conversation, in which all of my needs were evaluated fully. There was no high-pressure sales pitch -- in fact, just the opposite. Before I called, I had thought my best option would be somewhat pricey, but instead I learned that there was a much lower cost product that still completely fulfilled my needs! If this wasn't already an "ideal" problem solving phone call, it was made even more enjoyable by genuine connection and laughter, while I received a thorough and fun education about what I needed to know. I recommend Ideal with no hesitation!
