2017: QUIT BUYING $2,500 DOGS AT PET STORES WHEN THERE ARE $60 DOGS IN SHELTERS THAT NEED HOMES AND ARE BEING EUTHANIZED!!!! 2016: I approached a girl probably 18 or 19 and asked if I could see a dog I was interested in, all while having eye contact she completely ignores me and walks away to the cashier and tells her to get me a dog. She then just stands there at the register on her phone! Rude ass employees! All of them have attitudes and give you a dirty look when you ask a simple question like the price of the pup.

Employees here has no customer service skills. They don't greet, talk, or even look at me when I come in. They are always talking to each other about personal things, even while ringing me up. Reason why I'm giving a 2 star is b/c the employees in the fish area are a lot friendlier. No complaints there, unfortunately when I leave that area and into the rest of the store I get ignore. Also I used to put up with the horrible employees b/c of the unique fish they had that other big chain stores dont carry. But ever since they remodeled the fish area they only have the most basic of fish found everywhere. This review is based on my many experiences 3-4 or so years ago, so maybe they improved?

This place is absolutely appalling. The DISGUSTING environment these poor animals have to live in including sleeping in their own urine and feces, is NO WAY to treat an animal! There are full size dogs locked in cages that they can barely stand up in. The animals look depressed and the employees could care less about them. Do not support this business!

Staff was always nice but the dogs always look sick or malnourished like they came from a puppy mill. It's pretty obvious they did! Not to mention the insaine prices they charge for these poor sick dogs. This place should be shut down it's discusting!
