El Chapo had his first ever grooming since we rescued him and albeit we loved his crazy fluff of being a long haired chihuahua his smart new cut is just perfect. Also the groomer was so good and handled him so well for being a nervous pup getting his first groom! We will be back!

I took my 5 month old kittens here for a nail trim and this place was awesome! Only $15 for each and it took like 4 minutes!! My kitties didnt even flinch and are happy as can be! Thanks guys! Ill be going here from now on!!

The service for my dog kobe cost me $217 dollar?????? You guys spend 4 hours to grooming one small Cavachon???? The excuse is because the dog has a hair very difficult to grooming???? And before I'm buyed $50 deposit. After the grooming more $167. Total 217.00 Kobe never return again..... And I'm will report this place.. Because I'm think you guys not give me a decent and honest price to the service.... I'm think you guys need refund me my$50.00 Back Here is ingrid Erickson

Ive been bringing my dog here every so often for the past 9 months or so for nail trims. Normally my dog does fine & the trim is done in a few minutes. The last time I went there, my dog was very stressed. With two employees trying to get the trim done, a nail was cut too short & she was bleeding. I told them I would take her home to clean her up, and that I didnt want any added stress to the situation, as both my dog & I were very stressed at this point. After telling both employees I wanted to end the service & take my dog, they continued to try to clean her up for a few additional minutes. I understand the possibility of cutting the quick with a trim, but not keeping a dog when an owner is telling them she wants to leave. I will not be coming back.
