Staff was courteous and professional. My only complaint was all the onsite parking is in a ramp, with a maximum 8'6" clearance. My van is too tall, so I had to park across the street

Doctor is super nice, but outrageous that I have to wait more than 2 hours to talk to someone over the phone

Terrible facility. They never call to remind patients they need an appointment to renew their medication, so patients with severe condtions are in a scramble to get medications renewed last minute due to them refusing to fill without an appointment. You have to sit on hold over an hour to talk to anyone (although the building is empty half the time) and then when you can finally make an appointment it is 6 months out just for them to call and cancel on you the day prior. They do not return calls when asked. There is absolutely no concern from staff for the patients, blood work is necessary for certain types of neurological medications -my significant other has gone over a year without this being tested. Marcel Hungs is a terrible provider as he has contributed to all of the above, he literally asked my significant other who prescribed him a neurological medication that HE PRESCRIBED. Absolute mess of a facility and it feels impossible to even get an appointment elsewhere as this facility would need records but you can NEVER get in touch or get real answers.

You never going to speak to anyone because they never answer the phone. Then the physical therapist I saw, could tell I was in a lot of pain but kept trying to get me to do stretches & things. Then tell me to come back in twice because he want to get paid instead of telling my surgeon that Im in a lot of pain so I cant continue with treatment. Just sad and so unprofessional on so many levels.

Arm yourself with low expectations. It's probably not news to anyone, but the health care system in our country is profoundly broken, in particular the delivery of same. I have Parkinson's Disease and my experience is that while some or many individuals in this organization may be both sympathetic and very competent, the organization and provisioning of care, in a word, "sucks." My experience is probably unexceptional. The core of the problem is not that there are not enough shiny buildings, real estate or even trained personnel, or even, primarily, that health care is regarded as a business since any business so sloppy in the treatment of it's customers would collapse in short order. The problem in one sense is that it isn't even a business, it is actually a monolithic profit center run for the benefit of the monopoly (i.e. the major shareholders) itself. Patients, the end users, really come last! My particular experience with the treatment of my Parkinson's can be summed up as: "You have Parkinson's. Go look on the Internet for any information you may need. Here is your prescription -- go take your pills, and we'll see you in maybe 6, 8, or 12 months. If you have any questions don't bother us because we are too busy and we will not be able to get back to you." Two stars in recognition of a few individuals, who are also at the mercy of the system.
