Went in for new bass strings and to have a broken tuner fixed. Kevin, the tech guy, was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. He restrung my instrument for me, which costs $15, polishing it and removing grime as well (a nice touch for no additional charge). A great environment in general, I intend on returning any time I need repairs, pedals, strings, etc. A good place to give your business.

I love this store. I was looking for an acoustic guitar and they gave me a great price for a Taylor 214. I love it so much. I have played guitar for 10+ years and they treated me as well as I have ever been treated at a guitar/ music shop before. They treat you so well, like you're an old friend No pressure to buy anything at all. I will definitely be back to buy anything I can there.

I had the privilege of being served by Les and Wyatt in choosing my new Recording King 000, 12 fret guitar, which is not an expensive model by any means, but is a great instrument. Les cut me a great deal and worked with me to make my selection (over a couple different trips to the shop) and Wyatt did the set up and install of my K&K pure pickup. He even tweaked it a bit more and added a strap button when I came to pick it up. The guys in this shop are top notch in service by listening and attending to their customers, making great deals and living up to their word. Service like this is rare! Thanks guys, Dave
