Amazing staff & kids! Very lovely environment,fun atmosphere.

I dont want to sound like a disgruntled person. I worked there. The kids were great. Amazing kids. But the company itself DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS STAFF. They DO NOT FIGHT FOR THE STAFF. They do a lot of shady stuff and its very disappointing. They have so many great staff who know ABA, and MANY who do not. They, as a company, need to re-evaluate themselves. You CANNOT and SHOULD NOT have children coming in SICK and getting other CHILDREN sick. They like to push their authority over the workers, especially the supervisors. I feel disheartened for the workers who are still there FOR THE KIDS and understand the actual ins-and-outs of the work environment. I understand, business is business; but that should never be the case when it comes to kids. Too bad at this place, they have proven that it is.
