Yes folks one other thing I forgot to tell you about me having to bring the batteries in this is being a bilateral amputee and there expecting me to carry them up a 45 Hill eze I told Them at least a dozen plus times That I had flipped the chair over once into the garden in another time hitting my shoulder on the 10 by 10 wood pillars But yet they insist no you must bring them in we no longer make house calls So folks you figure it out is this the place To go if you need medical supplies

3-11-24 wow it didn't even take long and they're doing this again. All of my stuff is being held for no reason. Someone lie to me that the stuff has been shipped. One week later I caught it and called the company back and demanded my items. Someone told me that they needed paperwork to renew the supplies for a whole year. why is this happening every year? Okay, please send it to my doctor and then I called back today, it turns out none of my paperwork got to my doctor. They let my problem hanging for no reason. I don't regret what I wrote before because this is very true about this company. When the supervisor regenerate the system for a whole year because they received paperwork from doctors but the moment the paperwork expired then a lot of time representative are confused and they just can't seem to work no more. They lie that they shipped my stuff but weeks later I called and my stuff was being held. This is happening every year and I'm sick and tired of it. These people definitely need to be retrain and I don't know why the supervisor can't make everyone work and understand the system! My doctor is still waiting on paperwork and weeks later they do nothing about this and blame it on providers. Right now me and my provider are still waiting on paperwork. I can't work with these representatives because they keep getting a different answer. "I don't know what forms you're talking about " is what the representative say to me. People need to add notes so they know what is going on. For real their work is so unorganize, unprofessional and miscommunication all the time. This place is horrible. They hold back on my supplies too many times and it has nothing to do with my insurance. I have 2 good insurance that is willing to pay for all my supplies but handi medical hired some people who can't seem to do their job. I talk to a lady name Kelly and she say it has nothing to do with my insurance and she say she doesn't know why they're holding my supplies. She say she'll email the other department to see if they can shipped out my supplies. I can't trust people no more. I call back and demanded a supervisor to call me back. I talk to the supervisor name Elonie too many times that she even know my name due to too many ongoing issues to my order and people are not able to tell me what is going on. There are too many of, "I don't know what happened to your order." What do you mean? You're the one looking ay my record. I don't work for handi to know. The shipping department keep on holding back on my order. This really need to stop!! If you guys catches a problem please fix it right away and stop having customer calling and reminding you of how to do your job. You shouldn't have to be reminded all the time. People wonder why customer get angry that's because people can't do their job right.

Ive been trying to get the correct size incontinence products for my son for over a month. They are one size up and the exact same product he has been using for years. This has been a customer service nightmare. 1) The phone system is a mess. On multiple occasions, I have not been able to connect with an actual person or have been hung up on when I actually do find someone. 2) When the Rx was sent with specific details about what was needed. No one from HANDI called to tell me that they would need to do a prior authorization with Medical Assistance, they just sent another product that isnt right for him. Then after I called to address the issue, they sent the wrong product again, but in a larger size. 3) Finally found out they needed to do a prior authorization so the Rx got sent to a different department. No contact. Had to follow up again and was told they needed a form from his case manager. Contacted his awesome case manager, he followed up and learned they actually need a letter of medical necessity (LMN) from his doctor. First I heard that was needed. 4)The doctor sent the LMN in Monday. Just called again to see if the product will be arriving soon and was just told I needed an LMN. Put on hold. And then disconnected. So beyond frustrated. In the meantime, Ive been paying out of pocket for his products because he needs them.
