        Love our resident PGY 3 resident doctor, however the waiting time is not acceptable! It's not the PCA or the Doctor, they do a great job at what they do best, but the time sitting there waiting for your turn to be seen will take 30-45 mins! Imagine sitting a small room with your kids just waiting. Overall usually our visit will take 1 hour to 2. Please review internal process on scheduling and booking our PGY residents. We've been with MHealth Fairview Phalen for a year now and it's come to a point where we will not be seeking services there anymore.
