Hey, Everyone. I'm just going to say this about Allina Bandana Square. Pay attention to your Aftercare summary! So this is the third time putting on my Aftercare summary something that I never came to see the doctor for. I went to go get a pre-op examination yesterday! Do you know that I looked at my Aftercare summary and they falsify information on my Aftercare summary saying that I came in there for abdominal pain which I DID NOT come see him for!!!!! I came for only a pre-op examination. Then I looked further down on my Aftercare summary and read further down and its stated that my most recent episode was depression! (WHAT THE HELL) I don't know what these individuals problems is here at this facility but they going to have a rule awakening with me because I truly believe in SUING! One thing you do not do is lie on my name and doing it on a medical form what is the motive for putting such lies on my Aftercare summary what it is to get more money from my insurance company? I don't understand but they
going to understand cuz this morning I am contacting my attorney and file a formalcomplaintwiththe Attorney General Office Keith Ellison too! Who does that? Falsifying my doctor visit this is the third time putting something different on my Aftercare visit I'm sick of this medical facility.Then they put the wrong weight the only person who did that was that fat black ulgy CNA that weigh me in! What's the purpose of all this I get the wrong amount of anesthesia when I go to surgery. After I get done doing this review I will be going on the Attorney General website to fill out a proper complaint about these individual here! You would not put my name out there or nothing on my medical records saying that I have something that I don't!
