I came for a physical last year and was very disappointed with my appointment. I still think if it from time to time so I finally felt compelled to write a review of my experience. Last year, I moved to the area and was trying to look for a new primary. I stumbled across Dr. Saha, and was actually pretty excited that I would be getting a new primary. Unfortunately, from beginning to end, she was unprofessional and rushing the appointment the whole time, like I was not worth her time. I expressed concerns that I may have diastasis recti and instead of checking it, all she said was yeah you probably have it. When it came to my mammogram, she said oh, you know how to do a one right? Or do you want me to do it? I was so annoyed the entire appointment that I stopped giving her eye contact and just gave short answers moving forward. I just wanted to get out of that office, and I could tell she wanted to as well. I have had many good experiences with M Health but will never come back to this Rice St location.

I have been going to the Rice St clinic for about three years now and I was shocked at the Google reviews. Everybody at the clinic is so courteous and friendly and professional I have gone through two heart procedures recoverys, a hip replacement, diabetes and I go two to three times a month and I really truly have never had one complaint out of its clinic procedures diabetes arthritis skin problems covid and sure that if you were to go to another clinic whatever you're complaining is would be a whole lot worse than what you're complaining about here .
