This company is very unprofessional & when it comes to contacting it gets even worse. I've called HR about 80 times over the course of 3 days not 1 answer!

I worked for this company for 2 years. The only thing that kept me around were the individuals. This company is extremely disorganized, they hire just about any seemingly competent person and hardly ever hold anyone accountable out of desperation for staff. I would not recommend this as a place of employment, and I absolutely would not recommend anyone put their loved one in a REM home.

You guys should definitely look into your workers… I just saw someone from your group home come in with their caretaker and the way she was being treated is NOT I REPEAT NOT OKAY. Its very disappointing that people treat others like this THATS NOT OKAY AT ALL.

This would be a great company if it had employees that had heart. A majority of the employees do not pay attention to the clients and I see a lot of neglect. It’s sad to keep these people on just because there is a shortage of people applying. I see a lot of people on their phones for their shift or they are sleeping on the job. Housework is not completed. Floors are filthy.
