        Scott from McQuillan did a thorough job doing the spring check-up of my mini-split system. He clearly explained what he was doing and showed me one problem with one unit and made one suggestion for the whole unit. He answered my questions about fixes but I did not feel pressured to make an on-the-spot decision, which I really appreciated.
