We are an egress window company that used Cliff for an out of state (WI) job that our normal company would not cross state lines for. Figured we'd give him a try. I called to schedule a dumpster for first thing delivery day of the job and stated what we throw in the dumpster (dirt, concrete and debris). We were quoted a price for $400, which is more than our normal company. The dumpster was not delivered first thing and was late. I get that he works out of MN metro and I'll take some fault in not requesting a day before delivery but when I said first thing, Cliff did not say he couldn't do that. On pick up, Cliff texted me and said he's charging $100 more or construction debris. I don't know if Cliff just didn't hear me state debris but I state the three things that go in dumpsters with our work when I use other dumpster companies as I know some don't want certain materials. We are fine noting that and not putting those items in a dumpster. I'd suggest Cliff put down items not allowed on his website so it is in writing also for his customers. When I called to discuss him leaving original price, he threatened to go back and dump the load at the customer address we did work. I never said we wouldn't pay just had asked him to leave original quoted pricing. This is why Cliff is getting a negative review. I can handle misunderstandings or miscommunication as they can be worked through. I do not appreciate unprofessionalism on this level. I'd suggest anyone needing a dumpster in the Metro to use Total Sanitation. They are a great company to work with and they will take dirt, concrete and debris in one dumpster for one price. Cliff and the whole team at Schills are awesome!! I had to use a dumpster service to clean out a house (6 Dumpsters so far). Unfortunately, I used another service before trying Schills and was not happy as they were rude and made a terrible time even worse. Cliff was so helpful and always responded right away which helped a lot. I highly recommend them!!

Shopped through many services for a demo/clean out project I was doing, including the normal waste company for the city. Schill's was by far the most fairly priced. They were quick and straightforward to work with, no BS, no hassle extremely prompt drop off and pick up service. I would absolutely work with them again any time I have reason too.

They were great to work with and prompt with drop off and pickup of the dumpster. Very professional and great customer service. I would suggest anyone to use them. Thanks for your help during our renovation project!
