I strongly urge anyone to avoid this business if you expect quality product and service. We hired Deluxe Carpet for the purchase and installation of new carpet. We notified the owner that there were installation and shading issues immediately after installation (including a crooked seam). He denied there was anything wrong and that the shading would go away in two weeks. A licensed flooring inspector stated otherwise and found fault in the product and installation. We took them to small claims court and the administrator (not a judge) ruled that we did not prove our case as we did not show proof of monetary damages. An attorney told us we would have won our case had we provided her (the administrator) with estimates for the damages even though we had an inspection report clearly showing damages. The owner of Deluxe Carpet admitted in court that the carpet would have to be replaced and offered to do so, but we were adamantly apposed to trusting Deluxe Carpet to install anything in the home again. The owner denied any responsibility until he was forced to do so and their installers were incompetent and unreliable. I’d give this business zero stars if that were an option. As far as the preceding review, I find it to be an odd coincidence given this was written just around the same time Deluxe Carpet was made aware of the inspection report and received a court hearing notice.

Called to get cheap price on carpet for basement. Both dad an daughter very friendly an helpful, an received a great price on top quality carpet. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have used Deluxe on three occasions to replace carpeting in my house, and my wife and I have been very pleased with the product, the installation and the whole experience. Deluxe's selection of carpeting is as wide as the big box stores we have shopped, its prices are very competitive - and you get the personal attention and service that comes from dealing with a family-owned business. I have no hesitancy in recommending to my friends that they check out Deluxe for their carpeting needs.
